Leave the A1M at junction 42, before taking the exit from the roundabout onto the A63 towards Leeds. The next roundabout comes up quickly, where you need to take the first exit onto the A1246, continuing for around a mile before reaching another roundabout. Take the third exit onto the Great North Rd, before taking a left onto Gauk St as you pass the Waggon & Horses pub. Follow the round until you reach a T-junction, turning right and the development will be easily visible on the left-hand side.
